Return & Exchange Policy



ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

 

ALL DRESS SALES ARE FINAL.

NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS.


We accept exchanges only within 7 business days of the delivery date “FOR HAIR ONLY”.


To be eligible for an exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:


  • Hair must be unused and unworn
  • Hair must not be brushed, combed, cut, colored, washed, or processed in any way
  • Hair must remain in its original condition and packaging
  • Bundles must not be removed from their original binding or packaging
  • Items must show no signs of wear, alteration, or use



We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the product shows signs of being worn, altered, or tampered with.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
