We do accept exchanges within 7 business days upon receiving goods. However, we only accept if Hair has not been brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on or processed in anyway. We will not exchange if the item has any signs of being worn.

Please allow 3-5 business days processing for returns.
